Kaltimex Energy Strengthens Strategic Partnership with RSE s.r.o. and United Group

RSE s.r.o. Strengthens Strategic Energy Partnership with Members of the MWM – Caterpillar Energy Solutions Network.

RSE s.r.o. had the honor of hosting distinguished partners from the MWM – Caterpillar Energy Solutions family: Kaltimex Energy and United Group Bangladesh. The visit reaffirmed the companies’ shared commitment to expanding opportunities in the field of energy generation and infrastructure development across Europe and beyond.

Earlier this year, at the beginning of 2025, RSE s.r.o., Kaltimex Energy, and United Group Bangladesh officially formed a Consortium. The joint venture aims to combine the organizations’ engineering expertise, project management experience, and technological capabilities to implement large-scale projects focused on new gas-fired power generation facilities and the supply of MWM generator sets to markets in Ukraine and Central and Eastern Europe.

Mr. K.K. Ralhan, Chairman of Kaltimex Energy, emphasized the company’s more than twenty years of close cooperation with MWM – Caterpillar Energy Solutions. He noted that this longstanding partnership has enabled Kaltimex Energy to develop and deliver advanced gas engine power plants across a wide range of capacities.

The United Group companies contribute additional strengths as a major EPC contractor serving both the energy and industrial sectors. Operating as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) with a combined generation capacity exceeding 2 gigawatts, United Group continues to play a key role in advancing reliable and sustainable power solutions.

This collaboration reflects a shared vision of fostering energy independence, deploying high-efficiency technologies, and supporting the modernization of energy systems throughout the region.
